Naming
We have not seen any value or an effort on their part and requested a refund once we understood it's a pure scam.
The communication is none existent so as their interest in your brand.
After purchase, I was expecting a detailed questionnaire from them to fully understand what we do and what the brand is all about or will be about in other cases. But nothing! How can you create a name for something without knowing and understanding what it is?
The names generated looked like came from a random name generator.
We also took up on their offer of additional 5 names as the initial round was shit but more than a month has passed and nothing.
We requested a refund but Sophie Griffin is just ignoring all the communication.
So don't be fooled by a fancy front end and their success stories and stay away!
