Setting a New Standard for Accessible Communication Services OnlineExperts in our field come to our website to request a sign language interpreter, and people who know nothing about how to begin that process visit as well. Interpreters visit for access to training and professional resources. Response created a web space for a diverse group of people with very different needs and knowledge basis to engage our company. The process of building each unique experience for visitors with different priorities, was an exercise in learning about our customers, the community we serve, but also our vision and core values as a company. We also developed a really exciting new logo that assured us that expectations would be exceeded. Over a series of many months, we met with Response, and they were patient with our busy and growing company. In the midst of the website development, we needed a pitch for a high-volume client and they put it together for us in a matter of days. The pitch went great, the process informed the overall project even more, and now we are developing additional ways to bring people into our scheduling platform and community offerings that maintains the simplicity and cleanliness of the original concept. Now that we have experienced one project with Response, we are developing others to continue the work and to bring the company to new customers and interpreters alike.
