Create a platform for onboarding and managing tutors, matching them with schools/clients and integrating with various 3rd party services. This included developing Single Sign On (SSO) solutions so that the various services, tools and platforms tutors needed to register, book lessons, training and access virtual classrooms were all with a single login.



It also involved creating logic and algorithms to ensure the tutors assigned to teach lessons had the appropriate skills and certifications etc. Additional integrations to ensure tutors got paid and various tools for admins to manage the schedule nad service. This included making a an importer to bulk upload schedules and student assignments.

Though this project is still ongoing I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Lean Discovery and especially Alan Garcia for the ease of communication and the swift completion of tasks. They were able to take my chicken scratch designs and turn them into a logical flowchart with a plan to program and implement. Alan made phase one of this process easy breezy. Regardless of how little knowledge I possessed on a subject, Alan was able to functionally explain the pros and cons of all the decisions being made. We feel we are in good hands.
