I have worked with Dam Digital in two different roles now. They were already the incumbent agency when I joined Marie Curie, and helped me to digitally transform the charity from the ground up.
At Cosmos they stepped up their game even further to deliver three (yes, three!) pretty complex brand and e-commerce websites for me in less than six months from start to finish.
I have worked with many agencies over the years, good and bad. I can honestly say that Dam are a rare find - they don't work at arm's length, instead choosing to fully immerse themselves in their clients' challenges, business operations and culture. This makes working with them extremely smooth. Don't get me wrong - there have been hiccups along the way but these have been dealt with swiftly and professionally.
They are flexible and adaptable, and ridiculously good value when compared to large London agencies. You really get the sense that they care about their clients and the work that they produce for them, whether that's UX, design, CMS build or a full-scale e-commerce/system integration project.
And they're a jolly nice bunch of people to work with :)
