Animation
I think the process was very good and they definitely have it down to a good system. The biggest point of disappointment for me was in the final phase.
I felt like the scripting process was right on and the storyboarding was good. However, I have no idea of what the translation from the storyboard to the final product would look like because I couldn't see the animation until it was finalized. There was an entire section of dialogue that seemed could have been used and added but instead it just took forever for the illustration to happen.
I assumed that I would have the ability to edit or give feedback once I saw the animation, but it turns out there was no ability to do so unless I wanted to pay even more. They did slow down a spot that I requested in an attempt to make it not so obvious, but it didn't work and I ended up sticking with the original.
Again, I think it was a fine process. The team was nice and easy to work with. They did their job. However, was I blown away, was my team blown away and would I do it again? No.
I think there are other options out there, that can give the same type of end results, at a lower fee.
