I´ve hired the Tagdiv web dev team for web services twice; in 2018 and in 2020.
The process is self-explanatory, but it goes i little something like this:
1. Contact them, describe the project, and ask for a quote.
2. Set up start date. I did not have to wait for long, about one or two days or so.
3. Pay 1/2 of the project cost in advance. Seems fair and I guess that’s standard practice in the web dev industry.
4. Communicate with one of the web developers and/or a coordinator while the project is forthcoming.
5. Pay the rest of the sum and make optional corrections to the project i.e., small stuff.
I´m especially satisfied with the "end of project" phase since they made some adjustments that I did not mention in advance.
All in all, I had a great experience with them and I´m kind of nitpicky, so I recommend them if you want to improve the Newspaper Theme.
I have no idea if they do web dev work with other themes as well, but if you have the NP theme, Tagdiv web dev services are the way to go...
