I've been working with Spearhead for several years now. I was attracted to their systems approach to marketing. They've worked closely with me to understand my business and industry, and work with me to fill in the (many) gaps in our resources. Chad and his team come with ideas, and are not just reactive. I don't go with everything they want to do, but that is more of a constraint on my own resources.
