Social Driver supported us for tasks that we couldn’t do internally — we needed extra arms and legs and expertise as well. They provided content for our clients’ Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages. Although they didn’t manage the accounts, they were very involved in the direction of our clients’ social media presence.
One project we had was for a federal government agency’s virtual conference. Our team created the content, while Social Driver edited and supervised the content. They also built and helped drive a social media strategy.
We also worked with them for a foundation’s international conference that had a high-profile audience. Social Driver ran the social media strategy and advertising for his conference. Once again, our team created the content, and they provided guidance. In addition, they also prepared a metrics report for our efforts.
