We first engaged with Ruckus after realizing we needed a new e-commerce site from scratch. As a start-up, we needed to move quickly to get the site up and running by the holiday season.
After meeting with several agencies, we went with Ruckus to build out our new site because we were confident they could meet the timeline and work within our budget. They delivered digital strategy, website design and development, marketing campaigns, and some media buying.
I really like the people at Ruckus. Using a minimum viable product (MVP) process, they were able to get our site up on Thanksgiving. Not only was the launch a huge success, but Ruckus went above-and-beyond to ensure the launch was efficient and smooth.
