Quality of people, excellent Dev Ops team (they have taught me a few things :-)), flexibility in subbing people in and out of projects. They also have very low turnover and in 6 years and many developers, I can only think of two instances when someone was promoted and PHENOMENON STUDIO handled it by providing a month of overlap and no disruption to my projects.
