Our Story
ResIM launched full-time in 2006. By 2008 we were leading large web redesign projects for complex, multi-audience organizations. These engagements sharpened our research skills and contributed to our evolution as a UX research, design, and consulting team.
In those early days we succeeded by talking to customers while working with them to refine prototypes and interfaces. Today, we’re a specialized group charged with helping our clients learn about and design for their customers.
