Founded in Miami, Florida in 1988, CP+B is a full-service, fully integrated advertising agency with a global workforce of full-time, late-working, on-timing, below-budgeting, overnight-FedExing, hard-charging, clutch-saving, coffee-chugging, pop culture-changing, marketing fanatics. We are a cross between a big idea shop and a technology startup, with an unprecedented record for creative work that has a lasting impact on pop culture.
During our over 28 years in business, we’ve grown across the country and across the pond. We have ten factories: three in the United States—Miami, Boulder, and Santa Monica — as well as seven factories abroad in London, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen, São Paulo, Hong Kong and most recently, Beijing. While we have multiple locations, we continue to function
as one agency with one P+L. Our approach allows us to attract and retain the best talent, ensures we never become too regionally skewed, and means we always bring a truly national and global POV.
